​APC Ikorodu Constituency 1, Lagos State House of Assembly Candidate, Hon. Ogunleye Gbolahan Adetokunbo (OGA) Pledges Purposeful Presentation.

• Says he will leverage One Ikorodu to help create policies that will help diversify our local economy with a renewed focus on bringing the projects back to Ikorodu through influencing the Executive Legislator, of the Lagos State House Of Assembly (LAHA), just like the way Hon. Babajimi Adegoke Benson has been doing this in the legislative chamber.

The Ikorodu Constituency 1, Lagos State House Of Assembly Candidate, of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Ogunleye Gbolahan Adetokunbo (OGA) has assured the people of Ikorodu Constituency 1 of purposeful representation, and leverage on ''One Ikorodu'' to help create policies that will help diversify our local economy with a renewed focus on bringing the project back to Ikorodu through synergy with the Executive Legislators of the Lagos State House Of Assembly (LAHA) and Government ministries, just like the way Hon. Babajimi Adegoke Benson has been doing in the federal legislative chamber if elected.

Gbolahan gave the assurance during a meeting with the Ireshe Base group and a Hallmark Bussiness News correspondent earlier today, December 6th, 2022 in the APC Party Secretariat, 24, Awolowo way, Oke Ota-Ona, Ikorodu, Lagos.

He stated that he sees the opportunity as a privilege, promising to legislate the collecting interest of his people in the Lagos State House Of Assembly (LAHA) to influence the LAHA Executive enough for them to see the reasons for bringing the project to Ikorodu.

He disclosed that the last remuneration of the population in Ikorodu has shown that Ikorodu is more populous than we previously thought, If the government can be fair, Ikorodu should command the greater topic of the resources of Lagos, and that is what I am going to leverage on; There should be a special package for Ikorodu Because the enumeration has justified it. He said Ikorodu needs dual roads and our tourist centers review for our tourism attraction. 

At this point in LAHA Ikorodu Constituency 1, We need quality representation. I have so many ideas that will make Ikorodu more develop. We need to innovate something like ''Central Business Unit (CBD)'' if we can just create for instance; Greater Ikorodu or any name, that will be used to push our projects from the State Government. When I get to the LAHA Chamber, our basic needs in the LAHA Ikorodu Constituency 1 will be thoroughly addressed. This is not my race and that is why I will leverage on 0ne Ikorodu; I am not going to an Executive office but is more of how much I can convince the Executives to make development the way of Ikorodu, just like the way Hon. Babajimi Benson has been doing in the Federal Legislative Chamber.

In an interactive section, the Former Director of Lagos State Ministry, Mr. Odusanya Shakirudeen said, making the civil servant your foot soldiers, and liaising with us as Government Ministries will also gradually carry out your intention, and please don't get deviated when you get to the position.

Hon. Waheed Oladimeji Animashaun, The APC LGA Party Chairman said, he will want the ''Ireshe Base Group'' to invest in this project to further move forward.
