​Ikorodu Stands Still For Governor Sanwo-Olu, Senator Abiru, Others

Today, teeming members and supporters of our great party, the All Progressives Congress, APC in Ikorodu Division came out enmasse to show love and solidarity for our performing governor, His Excellency, Mr. Babajide and my humble self and other candidates of APC.


The heroic reception in honour of the governor held on the sideline of investiture ceremony of Governor Sanwo-Olu as the grand patron of prestigious Oriwu Club.


Our leaders in the division, led by the apex leader, His Excellency, Prince Abiodun Ogunleye, GAC leaders Rueben Olorunfunmi Basorun, Senator Adeseye Ogunlewe, Asipa Kaoli Olusanya, Lagos State House Assembly members, Council chairmen, among others made the visit of Mr Governor to Ikorodu a memorable outing.


In my remarks during the investiture ceremony, I told the gathering of eminent indigenes of Ikorodu and other guests that Governor Sanwo-Olu deserved to be re-elected considering his outstanding achievements in the last three and half years.


I reminded Oriwu Club members how Mr Governor provided exemplary leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic , and successfully steered the state out of turbulence.


I urged everyone in attendance to support and vote for all candidates of the ruling party in the forthcoming 2023 general elections.
