Aarebinrin Dr. Folashade Olabanji Oba Rally for PVCs Collection.

Ikorodu local government Vice Chairman, the Aarebinrin Hon. (Dr) Folashade Olabanji Oba had a PVC rally with the ''Asiwaju Distinguished Ambassadors'' on Tuesday, January 17th, 2023 to huge number of people in Ikorodu division to go and collect their ''permanent voter cards (PVC)'', and vote for All Progressives Congress (APC) on the 2023 generally election days; your PVC is your right and it is your right to demonstrate your civic responsibility. Vote for our winning team, She said.

In an interview with the Aarebinrin and the Local government APC Party Chairman, Hon. Waheed Oladimeji Animashaun in the Ikorodu LGA APC Party secretariat, said, we are here on our PVC stuff, we are going around, telling everyone that has not collected their PVCs to please go out in mass to go and collect their PVCs, our PVC is our power, our PVC is our right at citizenship in Nigeria. We are here at the Party secretariat to pay homage visit to our APC Chairman, Hon. Waheed Oladimeji Animashaun to show love and appreciation for the good job he has been doing, and to also tell him that together we are with him, we are cruising to victory for all our APC candidates; from our Presidential candidate, The Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and the incoming Vice President, senator Kassim Shenttima; to Lagos State, our state of excellence; His Excellency Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Olushola Sanwoolu, and Dr. Obafemi Kadri Hamzat; our Lagos east senatorial district, most Distinguished Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru; Ikorodu Federal House of Representative, Hon. Babajimi Adegoke Benson; and as for Ikorodu Lagos State House of Assembly (LAHA) One, Hon. Ogunleye Gbolahan Adetokunbo (OGA), and LAHA 2, Hon. Aro Abiodun Moshood (AMA). So, we are saying it is no longer business as usual, the time is now for us to rally up it down, we have thirty-something days left now, sometimes we tempt to overlook so many things, but we want many people to know that this is very very important. The Door-To-Door campaign must be peacefully addressed in the various communities across ikorodu, and so for our youth especially, we must make sure we exercise our rights without no violence, we are all special, and we must take it seriously, everybody matters. When you do vote, we know it is your choice, make sure that choice is for all our APC candidates where, so for us, APC is everywhere you go, 247 APC. 

This is a State of excellence. everywhere you go, and so a reminder to say you have not collected your PVC makes some of them express concerns that it wasn't easy they have been there so many times without getting their PVC, and so some of us now have transportation to take some people back and fore to make sure it is easier for them. With these people saying thank you, and we are saying a very big thank you to INEC especially for the extension of PVC collection, listening to the yearning of the people is part of what makes good governance, being there to say we do care, she said.

According to her, we are mobilizing the people to go and collect their PVC, We have been going ups and down to enlighten our people about the usefulness of the PVCs so that they can go and collect it as early as possible in other to use it for their right to vote for all APC candidates, starting from our Presidential candidates to all other APC candidates across our beloved nation, Nigeria. So, people are coming out in large numbers to go and collect their PVC through our sensitization. We also thank the INEC for the extension, because with the extension people will encourage to go and get their PVCs, says the Party Chairman.
