Why the revenue usage of the Federal government needs to be monitored.


The monitoring of the Federal government's revenue usage in Nigeria needs to be decentralized through a regulation process by using the “three tiers of government formula”, because the federal government revenue allocation doesn't shared accordingly to the local government areas where basic amenities are required the most.


The Revenue allocation of the federal government to the State for the local government infrastructural development have not been intellectually encouraged, because the States government does not competently regulate the federal allocation revenue to the local government which causes a ''lack of actualizing sustainable infrastructural development” in some strategic area'' at the grassroots level in Nigeria. 


This act of governing has prevented social interaction, access to basic amenities, and a lack of higher franchise demonstrations during elections in Nigeria.
