SKO Appreciate The Active Role Of The Arugbo-Elders Sectional Prayer With The Stakeholders In Ikorodu west LCDA.

The Executive Chairman of Ikorodu West Local Council Development Area, Hon. Olanrewaju Kazeem Sulaimon in synergy with ''Arugbo-Elders of Ikorodu West'' held a special prayer session program today, Thursday, February 9th, 2023 with their stakeholders in their secretariat hall for protection, and guidance on the role to play in the coming 2023 general election.


In an interview with the Chairman of Ikorodu west lcda, He said, I feel fantastic, and very resourceful having the presence of the ages; I admire the ”Elders of Ikorodu west” as they have been able to do a lot for us, and I advise them to encourage their children and grandchildren, through educating them about why they should vote for All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. They've seen it all while he was a Governor of Lagos State so they will know he will do better things for them if he eventually wins the 2023 Presidential election.


Says, I can not exposed our plans to the public; ordinarily, all APC Party candidates are doing their best, talking about the iCARE Babajimi Adegoke Benson, The doing good Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru, Ogunleye Gbolahan Adetokunbo, and Aro Abiodun Moshood in other to mobilize people within the communities that makes our local government and Local councils in Ikorodu division. We believe we are going to get one of the highest votes in Nigeria, said the Hon. Chairman of Ikorodu west Lcda.

The representative of Oba Engr. Basir Sotanmiwa at the event, Chief Oloruntade Yekini O. Fatola, Baale Ogolonto urges the elders of Ikorodu west to advise their children and grandchildren to get voters' cards. Says, Permanent Voters' Card (PVC) is very important.


World Kindness Movement is an application of the United Nation, and is directly in synergy with the ''United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO).


Dr. Yomi Otukoya said, there is a program that the United Nations is having for the communities; World Kindness Nigeria is saddled with the responsibility to present five cities in Nigeria that will be recommended as Kindness Destination. Kindness Destination is a project that has to do with Orphanages, Widows, and especially the OLD ones, which is called the ''Olds People Home''. Some Australian programs under UNESCO will hand over to the community leaders to help the old ones.


He said, if the Chairman can provide land, place or property that we call old people home, I can assure you that will we mobilize the UN resources to build the Old people home, says The President of the ''World kindness movement'' in Nigeria.
