The Turkish Educational Bilateral Agreement With The Nigeria Government.

The President of The Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari has acknowledged the educational institution's bilateral agreement with the Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in other to promote the peaceful coexistence of global education for easy access to study in Turkey as an international Student from Nigeria.


April 20th, 2023:


The Turkish government's academic bilateral agreement with the Nigeria Government provides an opportunity for International students in Nigeria who want to study at Turkish universities.


Studying in Turkey as an International student requires a minimum qualification of O'level result that encompasses five(5) to six(6) credit scores including English and Mathematics as compulsory subjects to recon with in Waec, Neco, Nabteb, and so on.


Before studying in any Turkish university, all interested students must apply for the International Student Examination called 'YÖS'.


YÖS examination is set to know the individual intellectual capability of the students to offer the best courses to study. YÖS is an examination taken by international students who wish to study for an Associate's and Bachelor's Degree at Higher Education Institutions in Turkey. The results obtained from this exam can be used to apply for the quotas allocated by Higher Education Institutes for international students.
