​LSETF Synergies To Sensitise and Empower Micro Business Owners Through Digital Literacy Usage.

The Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) in partnership with 9Payment Service Bank (9PSB) commenced a digital literacy programme in Ikorodu Local Government secretariat hall today, Wednesday, July 19th, 2023 to help sencitise the micro business owner on how to generate more customer, promote their sells, and make more profitable income from using the social media platforms (WhatsApp business platform, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and so on) to enhance business opportunities.


In an interview with the Head of Employability LSETF, Mr. Mathieu Michel; He said, the programme is all about using digital tools to enhance business opportunities, and how to connect, for business of a participant to grow, particularly through social media or other online business platforms.


He further expressed, that the second module of the day, was dedicated to the service of 9Payment Service Bank (9PSB). 


He said, 9PSB‘s aim is to use micro payment as a way to improve micro business stream of income, from micro payment, the beneficiaries will become a 9PSB’s agency, which means ultimately having access to POS to charge client through the uses of the services.


Mr. Matheiu sighted an example, that selling a specific product that people are already known someone within a community, can aid more services that will attract more people to get more income in other to have a better business; said, the Head of Employability, LSETF.
