Abiru Innovation Lab Synergies For Nation Build Through Artificial Intelligence.

The Lagos East Senatorial District Legislator, Distinguished Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru synergies through Abiru Innovation Lab in partnership with Awarri AI & Robotic Enabler, and the Federal Ministry of Communication & Digital Economy to build young people's capacity in Lagos, starting from his heritage “Ikorodu” via Artificial Intelligence (AI).


This programme was held today, Wednesday, November 22nd, 2023 at the “Abiru Innovation Lab” located at No. One (1) Muba Abiru Street, Ipakodo/Ebute, Ikorodu, Lagos State, Nigeria. 


During an interview with Senator Abiru, he said; the idea of using AI is as a result of giving back to his community. Says, “I have been operating on Information Technology banking system since three decades (30 years) ago, and as an Information Technology, and Innovative personnel, “I thought to impact the young ones through Artificial Intelligence (AI) partnership with Awarri AI, and The Federal Ministry of Communication & Digital Economy”. 


He thereby appreciates the entire Abiru family, starting from the head, Hon. Ninolowo Abiru” for making the innovation work through their support and acknowledgement. 


In an interview with the co-founder & CEO of Awarri AI, Mr Silas Adekunle said; The first set of awarri AI will be about understanding the local languages through awarri AI applications which will help all languages to flow and communicate in their language. 


Hon. Minister Bosun Tijani also in his speech delivery acknowledged and embraced Ikorodu for having such a tech hub in operation within Ikorodu, which will gradually be extended to other Lagos East senatorial district’s jurisdiction. 


His Royal Majesty, Oba Kabir Adewale Shotobi, the Ayangbure of Ikorodu appreciates Senator Abiru for the innovative idea of an Artificial Intelligence update to impact lives in the community and to promote through the usage of digital technology. 


Vote of thanks made by Hon. “Dr” Saheed Ibikunle who added that, such aforementioned idea can only be found in “All Progressives Congress (APC)”, because it is the only political Party that have the skills and ability to produce progressives impact among all.


He said, this to show proof and to appreciate everyone for coming.
