Rep. Jimi Benson Encourages More Developmental Projects As Ikorodu LG Commenced Building Of A New Legislative Chamber.


It was a great honor for me to be the Special Guest at the groundbreaking ceremony of the Ikorodu Local Government legislative chamber.


During the foundation laying ceremony, I expressed my admiration for the efforts of the Ikorodu Local Government Chairman, Hon. Wasiu Adeshina, in initiating the construction of a legislative chamber. This project is crucial for ensuring effective service delivery by the legislators.


I also reassured both the legislative and executive arms of the local government of my unwavering support. Together, we will work towards implementing more impactful projects for the benefit of the Ikorodu Federal Constituency. This collaboration will strengthen representation at the grassroots level.


Furthermore, I emphasized the significance of having a well-designed and fitting legislative chamber. This structure will serve as a central hub for the legislators, enhancing their performance and promoting democratic principles.


By investing in this pivotal infrastructure, we are taking a significant step towards creating an environment that fosters effective governance and supports the aspirations of the Ikorodu community.
