Effective teamwork projects uniform force to achieve unique goals; to work alone can be fast, but working together make us go far as a team.


According to a quote made by a world-class basketballer, Michael Jordan says; "Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships."


Teamwork brings people together (the bonding agent) and motivates them to rely on one another to get things done. 


Teamwork also makes progress easier (the lubrication) and allows the group to overcome obstacles that would have stymied an individual. 


“Without teamwork, none of that would be possible”.
