​LSETF Synergies To Sensitise and Empower Micro Business Owners Through Digital Literacy Usage.

The Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) in partnership with 9Payment Service Bank (9PSB) commenced a digital literacy programme in Ikorodu Local Government secretariat hall today, Wednesday, July 19th, 2023 to help sencitise the micro business owner on how to generate more customer, promote their sells, and make more profitable income from using the social media platforms (WhatsApp business platform, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and so on) to enhance business opportunities. In an interview with the Head of Employability LSETF, Mr. Mathieu Michel; He said, the programme is all about using digital tools to enhance business opportunities, and how to connect, for business of a participant to grow, particularly through social media or other online business platforms. The Council Chairman admonishes drivers to curb the menace of over speeding in order to avert consequences that can lead to loss of lives and properties. Checking of speedometer  that will give visual glance of how fast you are driving is very paramount in driving. He also advice them to stop drinking while driving,avoid reckless driving and check their vehicles thoroughly before stepping out on the road to avert brake failure or untimely death. NIDCOM lauds Tinubu as ECOWAS Chairman

  The   Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM)   has congratulated President Bola Tinubu on his emergence as the Chairman of the ECOWAS Authority of Heads of State and Government.  Mr Abdur-Rahman Balogun, Head of Media, Public Relations and Protocols Unit, NiDCOM conveyed the congratulatory message via a telephone interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Tuesday in Abuja. Balogun said the emergence of Tinubu as the chairman of the ECOWAS was a good omen as it would go a long way in boosting the image of Nigerians in the sub-region.  He quoted the president in his speech, where he said: “Nigeria is back.” That statement alone gives so many meanings. “It means the sub-region has been so relaxed and dominated by other regions in other parts of the world, but Nigeria is back to take the glory, the excellency of the past.  “The role Nigeria has been playing in ECOWAS, in African Union, among others, and Nigeria is back to play its full role.” The N...
