  The Nigeria Labour Congress(NLC) has said it is not impressed by the commitments made by President   Bola Tinubu   in his nationwide broadcast yesterday.  The NLC said Tinubu, through his speech, appeared to be out of touch with reality and anomalous with the hardship and suffering that most Nigerians are going through now.
